The Comfort of Fingerless Motorcycle Gloves
Fingerless motorcycle gloves offer more protection than no gloves at all. And on very warm days, they are more comfortable than full gloves. But, to state the obvious, they don’t offer any protection at all for the end of the fingers.
However, fingerless biker gloves usually ARE padded in the palms, to provide protection to the hand.
And they do offer a better grip on the handlebars, than no gloves at all.
Basically, they are a trade-off between more warm-weather comfort for your hands, and less protection for the same, in the event of a motorbike mishap.
