Harley Davidson Helmets

WHAT TWO THINGS MAKE A HARLEY DAVIDSON HELMET UNIQUE?

There are two primary distinctions about a Harley Davidson motorcycle helmet:

1) It is typically either a half-helmet or a 3/4 helmet (also known as an “open face” helmet).
2) It says “Harley Davidson” on it.

Point 1 is merely a stylistic preference and not all Harley Davidson riders ascribe to that fashion. Some Harley riders will wear a full-face helmet which offers more protection than half-helmets or open-face helmets.

Of course, the willingness for some bikers to pay for that “Harley Davidson” name on their head is an important part of what makes a Harley helmet unique. As a highly recognized and respected global brand, Harley is the envy of many marketing executives around the world, who would love to be able to create a fraction of the ardent passion for their own products as Harley enjoys for anything that possesses their bar and shield logo.
